1. Introduction

These Terms of Business set out the basis upon which Sandsford Accounts provides bookkeeping, VAT, and accountancy services to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

Sandsford Accounts offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping services via cloud-based accounting platforms

  • VAT returns preparation and submission

  • Payroll and PAYE registration

  • HMRC and Companies House filings

  • Annual accounts preparation and submission

3. Fees & Payment

  • Clients subscribed to our Bookkeeping Package receive discounted rates on VAT returns and other services.

  • Fees for individual services, such as VAT registration, Companies House updates, and payroll processing, are clearly stated on our website.

  • Payments for recurring services are due on a monthly basis, while one-off services must be paid for in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete financial information necessary for us to perform our services.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving documents before submission to HMRC or Companies House.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • All client information is handled in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws.

  • We do not share client data with third parties except where legally required or expressly authorised by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Sandsford Accounts shall not be liable for any penalties, interest, or losses incurred due to late submission of financial information by the client.

  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we shall not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.

7. Termination of Services

  • Clients may cancel their services with one month’s written notice.

  • Sandsford Accounts reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment or failure to provide necessary financial information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
