1. We link up your business bank account(s) with cloud based software eg Quickbooks / Xero
2. You have full access to the software also to take advantage of the reports and your company`s finances.
3. We go through an onboarding stage where we learn about your business activities , to help us allocate each bank transaction to the correct category.
4. We communicate through email or watsapp text messages for queries over any transaction.
5. Sales Ledger (optional) , we can create invoices and email direct to  your clients.
6. Match up copies of your suppliers Bills to the bank transaction
7. Match up copies of your expenses to the bank transaction
8. Match up the Sales invoice to the bank transaction
